Hear It Now
This NBC documentary series used audio
transcriptions and "hot" microphones to present the news of the
previous week. This Peabody Award winning series covered history between
World War II and Korea and eventually found its way to television as See It
Now. This is a very good example of Edward R. Murrow's work at CBS.
