The Adventures Of Babe Ruth

This series, also known as Play Ball, with Steve Martin was heard over the Blue network three times a week at 8:45 p.m. and sponsored by Quaker from 04/16/34 to 07/13/34. In 1936 it moved to Mutual on Tuesday. A third network move to CBS was between 04/14/37 to 07/09/37 and aired on Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 p.m. Sinclair sponsored. Two names changed happened after moving to NBC. On Saturday at 10:45 p.m. from 06/05/43 to 07/10/43 the series was called Here's Babe Ruth and Spaulding sponsored the series at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday's entitled Baseball Quiz. This series was heard from 08/28/43 to 11/20/43 and again for the final airing on 07/08/44 to 10/21/44.
