While this series managed to broadcast hundreds of episodes, it was not one of the better efforts of radio westerns. It was very much a formula program. Comic side-kick, trouble found, scuffles and fist fights, wrongs righted and the guilty to jail, with Wild Bill and Jingles riding and laughing into the sunset to fight another day. A little of The Cisco Kid, a little of Gene Autry, etc.
