Audio Classics Archive New Email Address
This is an announcement concerning several of our email addresses. For a longer period of time than we liked, we've had several issues with our former email provider. Sometimes the emails got through, sometimes they didn't. If you sent us an email and it didn't get delivered to us, we of course didn't know to expect it. Telephone calls direct from our members and customers of course straighten the matter out. But this was no way to have a relationship.

Since our email address is known literally around the world and in many book references, this created a problem in moving away from the problem and the email provider. At first we thought that we would be able to keep our original address and have it forwarded to our new email address but this also had troubling steps. So with much apprehension, we've decided to take the plunge and totally break from all the following old email addresses:

orders@audio-classics.com
comments@audio-classics.com
customer.service@audio-classics.com

Effective immediately this is the new email address: terryotr@earthlink.net

Please feel free to distribute this new email address to your friends far and wide.

We hope that we won't have to go through this again and are working hard to remove all of the above old email addresses from our website. If we've missed one here or there, please let us know. We feel confident with Earthlink since they've been around since 1994. There just isn't an easy way of going through this and not causing a certain amount of disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this move may have caused you.
